Q: How are courses delivered?
A: Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personalized login information for our Online Learning Center. There you will have full access to all ordered courses. All courses are PC, Mac and mobile friendly.
Q: What kind of tech support does FSAI provide?
A: Food Safety of America Institute offers email support during normal business hours, which are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern time.
Q: Is training available in Spanish as well as English?
A: Training is fully bilingual, with the Main Course and all Mini-Courses available in either Spanish or English.

Q: Is training for only traditional restaurants with dining rooms?
A: No, the training has been designed for any business where food or beverages are served, including coffee bars, hotel breakfast rooms, casual restaurants, supermarket counters that sell prepared meals . . . anywhere food and beverages are served.

Everyone who works with or around food, including food preparers and cooks, wait staff, beverage servers, site maintenance personnel, table bussers and food delivery personnel.
