A: Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personalized login information for our Online Learning Center. There you will have full access to all ordered courses. All courses are PC, Mac and mobile friendly.
|Q: What kind of tech support does FSAI provide?|
A: Food Safety of America Institute offers email support during normal business hours, which are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm Eastern time.
|Q: Is training available in Spanish as well as English?|
A: Training is fully bilingual, with the Main Course and all Mini-Courses available in either Spanish or English.

A: Both the Main Course and the Mini-Courses use videos, interactive exercises and simulations . . . state-of-the-art training that keeps your staffers learning and engaged.

A: No, the training has been designed for any business where food or beverages are served, including coffee bars, hotel breakfast rooms, casual restaurants, supermarket counters that sell prepared meals . . . anywhere food and beverages are served.
